35 years of experience in construction, construction project
management and architectural design. As Principal Architect
his responsibilities include site analysis, schematic design
and layouts, specification writing, cost estimating, bidding
and contract negotiations, construction supervision and
inspection.
Steve has experience designing and coordinating on schools,
dormitories, nursing homes, government buildings, museums,
theaters, office complexes and buildings, housing,
industrial buildings, shopping centers and funeral homes.
Complete services from initial schematic design renderings
through contract negotiation, construction supervision, code
review and analysis for the State Building Code, Americans
With Disabilities Act, Massachusetts Architect Access Board
and Local Zoning.
