Established in 1872, the Beverly Yacht Club in Marion, MA is
one of the oldest yacht clubs in the United States. In order
to meet with the demands of its growing membership the
original clubhouse required modifications. Stephen Kelleher Architects, Inc. provided design services for the addition and
renovation of the existing Beverly Yacht Club clubhouse. The
project included new indoor/outdoor dining rooms as well as
the renovation of the kitchen, snack bar, restaurant and
restrooms.
