The Hudner Building is one of several adaptive re-use
projects designed by Stephen Kelleher Architects, Inc. over the
past several years. The original two story building, built
in the 1920’s was give a third and fourth floor to provide
additional housing units that capture view s of Historic
downtown and the harbor beyond. Since its completion, the
project received two awards for preservation, the Elm Award
presented by the New Bedford Historical Society and the
Sarah R Delano Preservation Award presented by W.H.A.L.E.
