On-going work for Decas Cranberry included master planning
and the multi-phased expansion of its central facility.
Phase one included an 18,000sf addition to manufacturing and
warehouse; a custom metal building manufactured by CWB.
Phase two included a 5,000sf addition to existing utility
area and a new outbuilding. Phase three included the
construction of a new 11,000sf corporate office
headquarters. All phases were completed within strict time
constraints, so as to be completed between harvest seasons.
