Stephen Kelleher Architects, Inc. is currently working on a master
plan for the corporate expansion of their Fairhaven
Facility. The phased expansion includes a new corporate
headquarters, and expansion of their existing research and
development department, manufacturing space, and shipping
and receiving. The new corporate offices will host visitors
from around the world. It will also have tele-video
conferencing capabilities to facilitate communication with
its international clientele.
As part of the on-going relationship with Nye Lubricants,
Stephen Kelleher Architects, Inc. design and managed the
construction of a new entrance vestibule and lobby for the
corporate offices in Fairhaven, MA. The custom granite steps
were carefully selected from local suppliers. The bird’s eye
maple and granite reception desk was designed and
constructed in close coordination with local craftspeople.
