New Bedford City Hall & Library
 
New Bedford, Mass

While working for the City of New Bedford Building Department, as building inspector, Stephen Kelleher, AIA served as Grant Writer, Project Manager and Architectural Engineer for the restoration and renovation of the New Bedford Free Public Library and the City Hall. Funded by a block grant, the $1.5 million project was completed in 1977 and included equipping both buildings with central heat and air conditioning, as well as handicapped access.
