The Village at Mattapoisett is a 36 unit condominium complex
comprised of double, triple and quad units. Each unit has
two spacious bedrooms, 2-1/2 baths and a luxurious great
room. The design included two floor plan options as well as
two different roof lines. This provided a variety of
distinctive, but similar condominium units. Within 12 months
of breaking ground on the project, the Village at
Mattapoisett was completely sold out.
