Presented to James A. Muse, New Renaissance Realty, for the
rehabilitation and adaptive reuse of the Hudner and Tabor Buildings
in Downtown New Bedford into market rate condominiums and retail
space by the Waterfront Historic Area League for outstanding
contributions to he rehabilitation, restoration, and interpretation
of the historic character and environment of Greater New Bedford.
